How do I schedule a new meeting/activity for an advisory board?

1. Navigate to the advisory board module
2. Click on New
3. Choose the advisory board this meeting pertains to
4. Type a name for the meeting
5. Choose the start date
6. Choose the start time
7. Choose the end date
8. Choose the end time
9. Choose a meeting type
10. Choose your preferred note security
This is used to determine who is allowed to take notes before/during the meeting.
11. Choose a meeting format
Virtual, In-Person, or Hybrid
12. Provide a meeting link if applicable
When a meeting link is added, the link will be at the top of the agenda so that all participants can easily get to the meeting.
13. Choose the name of the location
This defaults to the name of the school
14. Add any location information
This could be specific directions of how to get to the location or even where to proceed once they arrive. This information will be on the invitation sent out to the member.
15. Specify the address of the location
16. Add any additional information about the meeting
This information will also appear in the meeting invitation
17. Choose the agenda template you'd like this meeting to use
18. Choose if you'd like all of the members to be invited or if you'd like to invite a sub-committee
19. If you uncheck "All members invited", you will be able to select individual members you'd like to invite
20. Choose if teacher category is restricted
If checked, teachers will not be able to add, edit, or remove categories from the agenda.
21. Finally, click add activity
