How do students apply and fill out forms for Work-Based Learning (WBL) Eligibility?

1. Click on Careers

2. Click on Work Based Learning

3. Now you're on the screen to apply for eligibility

If you're not yet eligible, you will see verbiage similar to the screenshot below. You will also see a list of criteria that your school requires of you in order to qualify for Work-Based Learning Eligibility.

4. Upload your resume

Click inside the area bordered by blue dashes in order to select your resume (as a PDF) from your computer. You will now see the resume listed in the box.

5. If forms are required for you to fill out, they will be listed as separate tabs as seen below

6. Once you click on the form you'd like to submit, you must specify/confirm the signers of the form

Most of the time, these fields will be already defined for you. After you verify the signers are correct, click submit. If it's your turn to sign the form, you will have the opportunities to fill out your information right in that box and sign it. If it's not your turn, it will go out the the person responsible for signing via email.

If you have more forms to complete (additional tabs) you can move onto the next form and repeat steps 5-6.
