1. Navigate to a Project-Based WBL type tab in the Work-Based Learning Module

2. Select the student group you'd like to add hours for

When you first get to the project, you may not see any student or dates. This means that you need to select a student group or the student group you selected has no students that you have access to.

3. Choose a day

Since the grid shows a week at a time, the selector will only change what you see if you choose a day that is in a different week than the one currently selected.

4. When you hover over a cell in the grid, you can add hours directly in the grid

You will only be able to add hours here. You won't be able to assign the role they were for the day or any notes about the work they performed.

5. To add more information about the day, click the pencil in the cell

6. Now you can specify the number of hours

7. You can add notes about the student's work for the day

8. You can also choose their role for the day

āš ļø You may have additional fields after the role. These are the custom fields defined for the type.

9. Finally, save your hour information

10. You can also update this information in bulk, click the check mark under a day to select all student cells for that day

11. Cells that you will be bulk updating will have a thick gray border

You can optionally choose individual students for the days selected by using the checkboxes beside the student names.

12. After you have all of the cells selected that you want to update, click the bulk update button

13. Fill out the information the same way you did in Steps 6-9

14. Under the student's name, you will see their form status

Some projects may have required enrollment forms. You will be able to see if the students' forms are completed at a glance from this status. Students who don't have any hours allocated to the project will show up as "Not Required" unless they have their forms started/completed. This is because the student doesn't need the form unless they are partaking in the project.

Click the status to see submissions associated with this project.

15. After clicking the status, you will see a list of all enrollment and as-needed forms

You will use this table of data the same way that you manage submissions in student-based WBL types.

16. If you'd like to see a list of all hours for the project, click the All Hours button

17. Here you will see a table of all students, days, and hours that is completely searchable
