How do I create a staff user?

1. Click on New above the staff table
2. Specify a first name - this field is required
3. Specify a last name - this field is required
4. Specify a username - this field is required
We recommend making the username the same as the user's email address for simplicity's sake. If you'd like to specify a different username, you can do so.
5. Specify the user's email address
6. Choose a password for the user
The user will be asked to change their password after they log in
7. If this is a temporary account, you can specify a disable on date
The user will not be able to log in using this account after this date has past
8. Choose if you'd like this user to be able to deselect the program
Allowing a user to deselect their program gives the user the ability to deselect a program which allows them to view all program data at once. Some places in the application this also allows the user to see students from all programs.
9. Specify if the user should have access to all programs
10. If they don't have access to all programs, specify the programs they should have access to
11. Specify any roles this user should have

12. Click on Add Staff
