Creating and Managing Personnel File Clearance / Documents Types

1. Click on Users & Groups
2. Click on Application Admins, Staff, or Teachers
Personnel File Clearance Types can be managed from any of these user pages. In this example, we'll be looking at Staff.
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on Personnel File Clearance/Document Types
5. Click on New
6. Enter a name for your Clearance/Document Type
7. Click on Add Personnel File Clearance Type
8. Once you're done adding Clearance/Document Types, click the X to close the modal
9. Click on Settings
10. Click on User Level Configuration
11. Click the action button for the user type you'd like a clearance to apply to
We're working with Staff in this example, but personnel files apply to Admin, Staff, and Teacher users.
12. Click on Edit
13. Click on the Clearances/Documents Selector
14. Click on your desired Clearances. You can select multiple!
15. Click on Save Changes
16. Once you're done assigning clearances, click the X to close the modal
17. Click on the Status flag under the Personnel File column for a user
18. Success! You've added new clearance types to a user!
