How do I automatically assign counselors based on criteria?

1. Navigate to the student management page

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Counselor Auto Assignment Rules

4. Click on New

5. Choose the counselor you'd like to automatically assign to students

6. Choose the schools you'd like to filter students down by

7. Choose the grade levels you'd like to filter students down by

8. Choose the programs you'd like to filter students down by

9. Choose the last name first initials you'd like to filter students down by

10. Click on Add Rule

All of the criteria above is "or" per field but and for each field specified. For instance, if you have values set for specific program and grade levels, the student will have to be part of that program and that grade level. But, if more than one grade level is defined, it could be any of the grade levels selected.
