How do I manage and access student transcripts in the Portfolio.
This article shows how to upload and access student transcripts in a student's portfolio.
Student transcripts can be added to a student's portfolio using the Careers component of the software. A student will have access to an uploaded transcript in their portfolio after graduation by setting a post- graduation email in their profile. 1. Click on Careers in the navigation menu
2. Click on Portfolio in the expanded list
3. Select a student from the Student drop - down in the Portfolio management window.
In this example, we selected to access the portfolio of student "Demo Five."
Note: Students can be filtered by program using the drop - down at the top of your screen. If you are unable to see the desired student in the drop - down, you may have a program selected that is impacting your list of students.
4. Click on Transcripts in the student's Portfolio window
5. You may drag and drop a transcript into the box as shown below or you can click the button to upload a pdf file of the student's transcript.
