1. Click on CTE Programs / Course Alignments

2. If you don't want to provide programs as part of onboarding, check this box

3. Under import, there is a button to import programs and a button to define program to course alignment rules

This import will create programs. Here is an article to reference to get the information in the correct format for import: https://help.eduready360.com/en/onboarding/how-do-i-import-cte-programs

4. To upload your programs import file, click "Import Programs"

5. Choose your CSV file

6. Click on Import

7. Now you will need to set up program to course alignment rules

These rules are used to add students to CTE programs based on course enrollment in the SIS. For instance, if you want all students enrolled in courses the begin with AUTO_ you would set up a rule so it happens automatically and the program enrollment doesn't have to be a manual process.

8. After you click the "Program Alignment Rules" button, you will be able to start creating rules

For more information about how to set up rules, see this article: https://help.eduready360.com/en/course-management-planning/how-do-i-align-my-courses-to-cte-programs Start at step 7.

9. After importing, you will be able to see a list of all programs in the table at the bottom of the page
