Why am I seeing this error?

If your Google Admin has restricted App Access Control settings defined for your domain, users may receive an error message stating, "Access blocked: Your institution's admin needs to review cte-360.com". On the error page, the user will be given an option to Request Access. This should send a notification to your institution's Google Admin for them to allow access.

How does our Google Admin allow access?

As a Google Admin, you can see Apps Pending Review using this link: https://admin.google.com/ac/owl/list?tab=pendingReviewApps. This can also be accessed using the navigation menu under Security - Access and data control - API controls, then clicking on Manage Third-Party App Access, as shown below.

From this page, click on View list under Apps pending review. Find the entry for an app named "Jobready WBL / CTE-360" and click on Configure access.

On the next page, set the Scope to All users or a selected Organizational Unit and then click on Next.

Choose the Trusted option and optionally check the box to add our application to the Allowlist.
