SIS Integration Procedure

In this article we will explain how we process the data we get from your SIS, in what order we process the data, how we use that data, and what information we store in our database. The following list is what we do in order.

1. Sync schools

   • We start by getting all of the school information from the SIS and store that information in our database.

2. Sync terms

3. Sync courses

4. Sync sections

5. Sync enrollments

6. Sync teachers

7. Sync students

8. Sync guardians

9. Populate student program enrollments in the system based on enrollments from the SIS
