  1. Navigate to System Administrator > System Settings > Plugin Management Configuration

  2. Click “System” under the Setup heading in the sidebar

  3. Scroll down to the Server Section in System Administrator and click “System Settings”

  4. Click “Plugin Management Configuration”

  5. You will see all of the plugins currently installed on your power school instance. Above the list of Plugins and to the right, click the install button.

  6. Click the choose file button beside “Plugin Installation File” and upload the zip file provided by your Eduready360 contact and click install.

  1. You will now be redirected back to the plugin management screen and should see an alert that the plugin was installed correctly at the top.

  2. Scroll down through your list of installed plugins and find “Jobready WBL” that we just installed and click on the “Enable” checkbox if it is unchecked

  3. A menu should open up on the right side. This lists all of the tables and columns in the PowerSchool database that we are requesting access to. We will never request more information than we plan to use. At the bottom of that menu, click the “Enable” button (illustration on next page).

  1. You should now see an alert at the top of the plugin management page letting you know that the plugin was successfully enabled.

  2. Now we need to get the API integration information from the plugin itself. Scroll down to “Jobready WBL” in the list of plugins and click the name of the plugin to view setup.

  3. At the bottom of the plugin setup page, click on the link that says “Data Provider Configuration”

  1. Here you will find the Client ID and Secret that is needed to communicate with our software via the plugin. Please log in to the application using an administrative account and create a new SIS Integration using this information. You can find more information on how to do so here.
