How do I approve industry certifications?

1. Navigate to the Proposed Industry Certifications Page

On this page you will see all unapproved industry certifications for students that you have access to. These records are also filtered down based on the currently selected school/class

2. View the industry certification file

You can click on the file icon in order to view the industry certification that was uploaded. This can be used to verify that the date achieved matches what was entered and make sure that the file is a valid certificate.

3. View correspondence by clicking the action button then clicking "Notes"

4. View Notes

Here you can see all notes that go along with the industry certification. Sometimes the uploader may have added additional information to consider for approval.

5. Approve or reject the industry certification

Use the green and red icons to approve/reject the industry certification. You can do this directly from the table view or from the notes shown in the previous step.
