Why doesn't the status of my form in the system match the actual status of the form?

1. This is an example of a form that has a status of "Pending Completion" ("In Progress" in other parts of the app) that is actually a completed form

2. Click the action button beside the incorrect record

3. Click on View Current

By clicking "View Current" we automatically ask the form signing service what the status of the form is. If it is incorrect, we update it. So by clicking this on a form that's supposed to show up as completed, it will correct the status. After refreshing the page or reloading the table showing that record, you will see that the status is now correct.
