How do students access forms?

When a form requires a student's signature, they will receive an email stating that it is their turn to sign the form. Students can also access forms from within the application.

1. Sign into application.

When students have forms to complete, a notification banner will appear at the top of the each window of the system. Students may click the banner to access the Forms management window or click on Forms from the navigation menu.

2. Click on Forms in the navigation menu.

3. Click on the action button next to the form waiting for your signature.

When viewing the list of forms, the student can refer to the workflow section for progress. Blue highlight means that the form is waiting for that person to sign. Green highlight means that person has completed their responsibilities for the form. No highlight means that person needs to sign the form but it has not been presented to them yet.

Note: Jobready WBL/CCR users will only see the "Submitted" tab in the application.
