If you need to make changes to the content of a form template (not the fields, but the text or images that make up the document). You can always download a blank form from within the application to get started if you have software to edit a PDF file. Otherwise, you'll need to make the changes to your original file and save it as a PDF file.

  1. Click on Forms

  1. Click on Settings

  1. Click on Form Templates

  1. Click on the Action Button for the form you want to update

  1. Click on Edit

  1. Upload the Updated PDF

  1. Scroll Down & Click on Save Changes

IMPORTANT: All pre-existing form fields will still be present for this form even if the PDF file includes fillable form fields. This is done intentionally to allow you to retain all of the settings for the fields that previously existed on the form. If the changes you made to the PDF file caused the fields to shift positions on any of the pages, you'll need to also use the Builder option to adjust the position of those form fields.

  1. Click on the form's Action Button again

  1. Click on Builder

  1. Ensure the fields still line up & click Save

  1. Your form is now updated!
