How can I collect signatures in-person?

1. You can do in-person signatures for any form in the system that is not completed and waiting on someone else

2. Click on the action button next to the form

3. Click on In-Person Signature

4. SignMyForm will open and you will see a pop-up that tells you who you're witnessing sign the form

In order for this to be a valid signature, you must make sure this information is correct before the person signs the form.

5. After done filling out information on the form, click submit
