How do I run a report to get all Follow-Up Study Responses?

1. Navigate to the Reports module

2. Click on the WBL tab

3. Click on Follow-Up Study Responses

4. Choose a graduation year you'd like to get responses for

5. Click on Generate

6. After the most recent report gets to 100%, click the action button next to it

7. Click on Download

• The first 4 columns will be Student name, Email, Alternative Email, and Most Recent Class

• Columns along the top will include the pre and post questions for all questions that have answers for that graduation year

• The rows start with the student who completed the follow up study.

• Intersecting cells have the answer to the question by the student
