How do I fill out and submit my course plan for approval?

1. Navigate to the Course Planner

2. If you haven't started a course plan yet, it will first ask you to choose your Graduation Requirement

There should be a description about each of the graduation requirements in the option list.

3. After choosing a Graduation Requirement, more options will appear but you will be able to change your graduation requirement choice at any time

4. You will see a progress bar at the top, this will show you how many credits you require overall and how many you have on your course plan

5. Click on the Errors indicator to expand a detailed list of all of the errors that need resolved

6. Review all of the errors before starting your course plan so you can decide how you want to schedule your classes

7. The area below is used to choose the courses you'd like to take for each grade level

8. We will choose the first course for 9th grade by clicking the "Select a Course" selector under 9th grade

9. Use the text box to search for any keywords to find the courses you'd like to take

In this case, we will be adding English 10 to our schedule for 9th grade

10. Now you can check the grade block to see how that changed your error list

11. After you're done with your schedule, click on submit to send it to your counselor for approval

12. In this case, we still had errors when we submitted the course plan. Because of this, you will need to specify the reason you're submitting with errors.

Of course, if you have resolved all of the errors on the page first, you will not have to specify a reason

13. Click on Yes to submit the plan for approval
