How can I view my students' course plans and approve them?

1. Navigate to the Course Planning module, start by expanding "Student Progress"

2. Click on Course Planning

3. Now you will see all student's you have access to and their course plan summary information

4. In this example, you can see a student that has not chosen a graduation requirement or started their course plan

5. In this example, you can see that the student chose their graduation requirement and it's waiting for counselor approval

6. Click on "View" to see the specifics of the course plan

7. If the student submitted the course plan with errors, you will see the reason they did at the top of the page

8. You can see all of the courses they chose in the block shown in the screenshot below

You can make changes on behalf of the student to resolve any errors that are still on the course plan.

9. In this box, you will be able to see information about the course plan such as the errors and credit requirement progress. You will also use the green button here to approve the course plan once its ready to be finalized.

Side note, you can click on the errors box to expand details about all of the errors found on the course plan.
