How do I import sending schools and associated contacts?
As part of the onboarding process, we can import sending school data for you. To do so, we require data to be provided to us in a spreadsheet (CSV File). A template for this is attached to this article. If your SIS data is synced via SFTP, please also use this same template, ensuring your file is named sendingschoolcontacts.csv .

What are is an Application Admin?
Application Admins have full, unrestricted access to everything in JobreadyWBL / CTE-360. This security level is typically reserved for a limited number of users, i.e. Principals, CTE Directors, etc.
What are Staff users?
By default, the Staff user type currently has read-only access to most areas of the application. However, by assigning Roles to these accounts, administrators can grant these users more privileges. You can see more details about StaSome readersAllow a disabled accounts to log in
In this article we will explain how to allow a disabled account to be allowed to log in. The example show's a student's account but does work for all users.
As a security measure, we automatically disable student accounts that have been inactive 1 year. If your student is attempting to sign in and they see a message stating their account has been disable due to inactivity, this is likely the cause. Please follow the steps below to reactivate your student's account.

Students are able to log in after graduation by setting up post-graduation account credentials. Since many schools provide students with email accounts that are removed after graduation, students are given an opportunity to link their account to a personal email address prior to graduation so they can still access their information.

Whenever possible, it is best to configure a SIS integration to reduce the burden of maintaining an accurate list of guardian account information in the application. However, if that is not possible or if you prefer to import this information, here is the data that can be imported. A template is attached below as well.
