Why is career exploration completion required for my students trying to use career planning?

Career exploration can be required to start career plans. This can be turned off using the following steps. In order to manipulate settings for career planning, you must be an application admin or have the Career Planning Full Access role.

1. Navigate to the Career Planning Management page

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on General Settings

4. Choose whether or not you'd like to required career exploration

5. Click on Save
