What information does the Career Planning Dashboard show me?

1. To get to the Career Planning Dashboard, navigate to the Career Planning Module

2. Click on the "Dashboard" tab

Now you will see a bunch of progress bars related to the activities that the students you have access to are required to complete. If you have the Career Planning Full Access role, the Career Planning View Only role, or are an application admin, you will see all students at the school/class you have selected in the navigation bar. If you're are counselor, you will only see the students you are the counselor of.

3. Hovering over/clicking any blue segment will show you "On Pace" activities

When hovering, you will see the number of activities that are on pace compared to the total number of activities of this type. By clicking on the segment, it will take you to the appropriate tab with filters to show you which activities are On Pace.

4. Hovering over/clicking any yellow segment will show you "Due Soon" activities

When hovering, you will see the number of activities that are due soon compared to the total number of activities of this type. By clicking on the segment, it will take you to the appropriate tab with filters to show you which activities are Due Soon.

5. Hovering over/clicking any green segment will show you "Complete" activities

When hovering, you will see the number of activities that are complete compared to the total number of activities of this type. By clicking on the segment, it will take you to the appropriate tab with filters to show you which activities are Complete.

6. Hovering over/clicking any red segment will show you "Overdue" activities

When hovering, you will see the number of activities that are overdue compared to the total number of activities of this type. By clicking on the segment, it will take you to the appropriate tab with filters to show you which activities are Overdue.
