When can notes be taken on an advisory board activity?

Notes can be taken at any time before the meeting is adjourned. Notes can even be taken prior to the start of an advisory board activity so that members have the opportunity to add questions/concerns to agenda items before the meeting starts so they can be documented and addressed when the meeting takes place.

Of course, only members who have the security to add notes will be permitted to do so regardless of the time.
