What is All Students' Activities in Career Planning used for?

1. Click All Students' Activities tab in Career Planning



This tab is used to show all activities for students in the currently selected school/class. This will not be filtered down to only students assigned to you.



2. Completed/Not Required Filters



You will see two toggles at the top of the tab used to filter out completed and not required activities. By default, these records are hidden. If you'd like to see completed or not required records, simply toggle these switches.



3. Additional filters can be used to narrow down results



By clicking on "Filters", additional filters will expand and let you further narrow down the table. You can filter down by specific grade levels, specific activities, or the specific status of the activity.



4. All student's activities and filtered results populate in the table within the tab





5. Manipulating a student activity



If a user has the Career Planning Full Access role, they will see actions beside the activities. From this table, you can do all of the things counselors can do with the activities of students assigned to them.
