How do we import student photos in bulk?
Student photos can be imported in bulk. To do so, please reach out to us via live chat or send an email to [email protected] to request access to our SFTP server for this purpose. This will allow you to upload a Zip file containing the photos that you'd like to have imported.
Photos should be named using one of the following unique student identifiers:
SIS Student Number
State Student Number
Student Username
Files should be compressed into a ZIP archive without any folders.
Photos must be in either JPEG or PNG format.
If files cannot be named using one of the methods above, a CSV mapping file can be used to link a filename to a unique student identifier. This should include one column for the filename and one for the student identifier. If using this method, email address can also be used in addition to the options listed above.
Note that photos will be resized to 400 pixels wide and will retain the original aspect ratio.
