How do students access forms?

When a form requires a student's signature, they will receive an email stating that it is their turn to sign the form. Students can also access forms from within the application. After signing in, they can click on Forms from the navigation menu on the left.

This will take you to the Forms page where the student is able to view all forms that have them listed as a signer.

The student can change the view by using the drop down menu on the top left of the screen. There are three options; submitted by me, waiting on me, and signer of.

When viewing the list of forms, the student can refer to the workflow section for progress. Blue highlight means that the form is waiting on that person to sign. Green highlight means that person has completed their responsibilities for the form. No highlight means that person needs to sign the form but it has not been presented to them yet.

To sign a form, the student will click on the three dots on the right hand side next to the listing. Upon clicking the dots they will see the option to sign the form.

While the form is waiting to be signed by everyone it will appear as pending completion. Once the form is completed by all parties, the status will appear as completed and the date and time that the form was completed will be shown.

A completed form can be viewed by clicking on the three black dots to the right of the entry and clicking on View Form.
