How do I track task completion?



Task Progress allows users to monitor and update student progress in the completion of competencies/tasks. Student competency/task lists can be updated by individual students or by groups of students using the Score Bulk Selection feature.

Updating Individual Student Task Lists



Users select the task list and student group that they wish to monitor or update. They may also select specific unit/duty areas to reduce the options for tasks to update. These selections will present the user with a task table. When updating a task, users have the option to assign a specific rating and to provide comments. They may also upload supporting documentation (rubrics, etc.) justifying each rating. Updates are saved in real-time.









Updating Student Task Lists Using the Score Bulk Selection Feature



Using the Score Bulk Selection Feature allows users to update the task lists of multiple students at one time or update multiple tasks for individuals or a group of students.















Adding Notes or Evidence to a Task Rating



Using the Notes and Evidence buttons embedded in each task rating box, users can provide feedback or justification for ratings along with uploading supporting documentation that may include scoring sheets, rubrics, completed projects, or other files.
