How do I manage my career planning activities as a counselor?

1. Navigate to the Career Planning Module





2. Click on the "My Activities" tab





3. Choose whether or not you'd like to see completed and not required activities



By default, you will not see any completed or not required activities. In the event that you'd like to see those activities, simply click the switch next to each label.



4. All activities assigned to you show in the table below



As a counselor, you could have activities that required completion by you. This is where those activities will be shown. This is also where you can interact with the activities to complete them or mark them as not required.



5. To edit/complete the activity click on the action button next to the activity





6. Click on Edit



After clicking this button, a window will pop up with information relevant to the activity type. This will give you the opportunity to add information to the activity to fulfill it's requirements. For instance, if you need to upload a document, it will have a document manager in the window.



7. If you don't think this activity should be required, simply click "Not Required"
