How do I export/import/clone a form template?

1. Open your form template management window

2. Click on the action button next to the form that you'd like to export

3. Click on Export

This will download an SMF file that can be used to import into any other system that uses SignMyForm.

4. Click on Import

5. Fill out required information

If your school has school selections enabled, you will need to specify the school permissions for the newly imported form template.

6. Choose the file you'd like to import (the file you just exported above)

The name of the file will be used as the name of the form template. So you may want to change the name of the file you downloaded above to something different so you don't have two forms with the same name in the system.

NOTE: you can add a bunch of SMF files to a zip file to import forms in bulk.

7. Finally, click import to import the SMF file
