How do I change the required users of a required form?
First, you will click on the settings button in the top right of the general forms page and click required forms.
Next, search for the required form you are trying to edit. In this case, we are searching for OAC since the required form we are trying to edit is tagged with "OAC". Click on the action button, and click edit.
Now, you can change the required users based on classes, specific individuals, etc.
NOTE: If you remove a user from the requirement and they've already started/completed a form submission, they will remain in the list of submissions even though you removed them as a required user.
