How do I approve/reject student's completed career planning activities?

1. Navigate to the Career Planning Module





2. Click on the Unapproved Activities tab



This tab is used to show you all student's activities that need to be approved or rejected. If you have the Career Planning Full Access role or are an application admin, you will see all student activities filtered by the selected school/class. If you just have the counselor role, you will only see students that you're the counselor of.



3. All of the pending activities are shown in the table below





4. To approve or reject the activity, click the action button





5. To approve the activity, simply click the approve button





6. To reject it, click the reject button





7. After clicking the reject button, you will have the opportunity to give a reason for rejection



This reason will be shown to the student in the alert that they receive telling them their activity completion was rejected. This reason will also show in the status column in all of the activity management tabs. It will also be shown to the student in their career planning view and allow them to correct the issue.
