How do former students (alumni) access the software after graduation?

Students are able to log in after graduation by setting up post-graduation account credentials. Since many schools provide students with email accounts that are removed after graduation, students are given an opportunity to link their account to a personal email address prior to graduation so they can still access their information.

Setting up a post-graduation account

When a student is in 12th grade, they will be presented with the following alert when they log in to the application.

Clicking on this notification will prompt the student to enter an email address password to be used after graduation.

After the student is marked as graduated or deleted, they will then be able to log into the application using the credentials they specified. They will continue to access the application using the same website URL as they have in the past.

How do teachers or administrators determine if a post-graduation account has been created?

If a student has a post-graduation account set, this email address will be listed with a graduation cap icon as shown below on the Students page.

Can administrators create or edit a post-graduation account for a student?

Yes. This can be done from the student's Profile page. To edit an existing post-graduation account, click on the graduation cap icon as shown below to make changes. This can also be used to modify the password prior to that account being used for the first time.

If an account has not yet been set, you can click on Set post-graduation account to create one.
