How can I see a list of all issues with the SIS integration?

Occassionally, you may have a teacher, student, or another record that is supposed to be synced from the SIS not sync properly. This will allow you to see why that record is not synced.

1. Navigate to the Global Settings page





2. Click on the Integration tab





3. Scroll down to SIS Integrations





4. Click on the action button next to the integration you'd like to see errors for





5. Click on Sync Issues





6. Search for the record that is not syncing properly



Issues will automatically be purged from the list if they have not occurred in the last 14 days. The idea is that if it sat for more than 14 days, it's no longer an issue or the entire integration needs attention.
