How can I manage my student's career planning activities?

1. Navigate to the Career Planning Module





2. Click on the "My Students' Activities" tab





3. Choose whether you'd like top see completed and not required activities



By default, there switches are set to not show you completed or not required activities. In the event that you'd need to see those, you can toggle these switches in order to view them.



4. Choose additional filters



By clicking the "Filters" button, a box will expand with additional filter options. You can filter the activities down by grade level, specific activity, and/or the status of the activity.



5. Activities meeting your filter criteria will be shown in the table below





6. To manipulate an activity, click the action button next to the record you'd like to change





7. By clicking on "View" it will open a window with information geared toward the activity type



Depending on the type of activity, the view button will show you different screens. For instance, if the activity is in regards to a resume upload, it will open up the student's portfolio with the resume tab open. There is a custom view action for every type we have set up in the system.



8. If you'd like to set the activity as not required, click "Not Required"
